Deerhandmade aims to produce and provide luxury and well-designed products to its customers, but still, if you change your mind or if you want to exchange with other stocked products, we are open to accepting returns.
The Deerhandmade Returning Policy covers the items that are unused and in their original packaging within 30 days. However, the Deerhandmade Return policy is not eligible for international exchange.
Refund Period: When an order is placed for a refund, the process takes 1-3 business days upon arrival of the product at our headquarters. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account after the procedure of refund is done.

EXCEPTIONS OF RETURNING PRODUCTS
- Deerhandmade does not accept any return without an original receipt. Therefore, we are asking all the customers to provide the original receipt while returning products.
- Items not having original conditions and packaging won’t be accepted.
- The customer is solely responsible for international charges, duty taxes, brokerage fees, and all other related fees except when we make shipping errors.
- Deerhandmade will only process the request for exchange or refund if the product is used and restocked.
Deerhandmade designs its products to satisfy the desire of customers by producing quality products featuring long-lasting, stable, genuine leather and authentic designs. It also offers the customers a fixed warrant of 3 years for all its products.
Efficient Returns:
To use the 30-day Deerhandmade’s return policy. Please return your ordered item within 30 days in its original packaging and unused condition. Deerhandmade will not accept damaged or worn items refund. All returns will process the inspection process before placing a refund.

At Deerhandmade, We strive to provide customers with reliable and well-designed luxurious products. Yet, if you change your mind or would to exchange the ordered product for another in the stock, we do accept returns. Thinking of exchanging an item? Simply enter your order number and the email address linked to your account to begin the process. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, a new order will be processed and ready to be shipped. If a partial refund is applicable due to price differences on replacement orders, please see Deerhandmade’s refund policy above. If your new exchange order holds an unpaid balance, you must pay the remaining fee before completing your return request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
Deerhandmade clients are located all over the world, thus we can ship to any location. Please utilize the normal delivery option at checkout. Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. Delivery times vary depending on the service chosen and the destination as well as on the shipment address. Regular mail can take anywhere from 3 to 28 days.
Deerhandmade team is well-trained in good packaging as well as delivering the package on time, to ensure the best possible shipping, we choose International shipping to the most customers locations. International orders require 24 hours to process and take 1-3 weeks for delivery. International orders ship from the Seattle Washington warehouse, which is located in the United States. 3 YEARS WARRANTY:
Deerhandmade LLC stands behind its products with a thorough 3-year warranty. Should any issues arise, our committed team will promptly address warranty claims within 3 business days of receiving the required information.
If your order gets damaged, we will replace it! Any manufacturing flaws as well as structural and functional flaws are covered by the guarantee. Leather is a natural commodity that will mature with time and with use.

Exceptions of Warranty Claim:
Deerhandmade will not accept warranty claims without the original receipt. Our warranty claim does not apply to the damages caused by the customer due to an accident, improper usage, or negligence. Also, our warranty claim does not apply to the products purchased from another party both online and offline, it only applies to the authorized seller.
