What's Covered?

Our 3-year warranty covers:

  1. When defects in materials or workmanship occur during normal use, they are considered manufacturing defects.
  2. Product structural defects that affect its functionality or integrity.
  3. Any flaws that prevent the product from performing the way it's supposed to.
  4. In case your order arrives damaged, we've got you covered.

What's Not Covered?

We've got an extensive warranty, but there are some exceptions:

  1. A natural material like leather will develop a patina over time. We don't cover this under our warranty since it's a desirable characteristic.
  2. The policy doesn't cover accidents, misuse, or negligence.
  3. Deerhandmade LLC is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
  4. Not bought from authorized sellers: We only cover products you buy directly from us or authorized retailers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

It's easy to make a warranty claim now that we've simplified the process:

  1. You'll need your original receipt, order details, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the problems.
  2. Get in touch with us: Send an email to support@deerhandmade.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]". Make sure you include everything you gathered in step 1.
  3. We'll review your claim within three business days and get back to you.
  4. If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement or repair. We'll send replacements or refunds within 3-5 business days.
